Gianduia Bauletto is a perfect leavened product for the most demanding eaters and for those who love to experiment. The texture is soft, the taste is elegant yet decisive, it is not extremely sweet thanks to the dark chocolate. It is made only with butter and with no vegetable fat, with sourdough starter that we daily refresh.

It is highly digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials.

Farina 00 di grano tenero, BUTTER, tuorli d’uova fresche pastorizzate, cioccolato fondente Valrhona (zucchero,fave di cacao, burro di cacao, latte intero in polvere*, lecitina di soia*, estratto naturale di vaniglia), zucchero, Pasta di Nocciola Piemonte IGP, lievito madre, miele d’acacia, sale ,cacao, acqua, vaniglia di bourbon del Madagascar in baccelli .
